12L14 is a Re-Sulphurised, Re-Phosphorised Free Machining Steel. This premium grade of free cutting steel is used for repetition machining.
Engineers and general machining for a wide variety of applications. It has excellent machinability and is suitable for case
hardening and electroplating.

12L14 is not recommended for welding due to its lead content. It is a health hazard

*Bars from different heats will not be mixed and dispatched.
*Bars will be bundled and securely metal strapped in 3 main places of the bar length and tagged properly.
* For further processing products such as cold drawn/peeled or heat treated goods, plastic bag wrapped or pallet loading is available according to customer's demands.
