(1) UHP electric furnace smelting with 50 tons or more → LF furnace refining with 60 tons or more → vacuum processing with VD furnace with 60 tons or more → alloy steel billet or rectangular billet continuous casting (260mm × 300mm, 180mm × 220mm) → slow cooling or Hot delivery → rolling material → finishing → inspection storage.
(2) Converter smelting at 90 tons or more → LF furnace refining at 100 tons or more → Vacuum treatment of RH furnace at 100 tons or more → Continuous casting of alloy steel billet or rectangular billet → Slow cooling at 320mm×340mm and 240mm×240mm Or hot delivery → rolling material → finishing → inspection storage.
