12L14 is a Re-Sulphurised, Re-Phosphorised Free Machining Steel. This premium grade of free cutting steel is ideal for repetition machining.
Engineers and machinists use it for a broad range of applications due to its excellent machinability. It is perfect for case
hardening and electroplating.

12L14 is not recommended for welding due to its lead content, which poses a health hazard

*Bars from different heats will not be mixed and dispatched.
*Bars will be bundled and securely metal strapped in 3 min places of the bar length and tagged properly.
* For further processing products such as cold drawn/peeled or heat-treated goods, plastic bag wrapping or pallet loading is available according to customer's demands.
